Customer Service - Puchong

Position Summary

Lends support to customer inquiries including, but not limited to, preparing quotations, processing sales orders in system, arranging order fulfillment (aka inventory planning), providing documentations, and sending invoices, all in a timely manner. Receives and answers customer queries, requests and complaints within established guidelines and/or procedures. Seeks advice from supervisor for all non-routine matters and/or bottlenecks. Requires basic product knowledge and intermediate system handling knowledge to effectively carry out the job. Whenever required and/or relevant, perform purchasing tasks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for processing sales orders and quotations in the system, ensure and understand our product is strategic or nonstrategic, proactively managing and reviewing sales orders to understand the requirements of the orders, to ensure timely & cost-effective fulfillment.
  2. Plans inventory to entirely fulfill demand on time, including transfer or purchase from branches, source from other alternatives, or expedite delivery to ensure objectives are met. Whenever required, also manages consignment and Vendor Manage Inventory stock.
  3. Receives and answers customers’ enquiries, requests, and complaints within established guidelines. Proactively follows up on outstanding customer service issues for complete solution. Seeks advice from supervisor for all non-routine matters or bottlenecks.
  4. Coordinates and fulfills project’s final documentation requirements, with invoice to customer.
  5. Ensures daily work is done according to established procedures, policies and guidelines. Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  6. Lends support to the other team members; assists in ad-hoc tasks and participates in projects as assigned by superior.
  7. Performs cross-departmental and functional coordination collaboration to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Performs all other duties as and when required.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Science in Material Science, or Bachelor of Art in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Excel Pivot functions, MS Word, MS Power Point.
  3. Ability to handle large amounts of data, pay attention to details.
  4. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
  5. Possess strong communication skills
  6. Highly motivated, positive, and outgoing personality

Logistics & Warehouse Executive - Penang

Position Summary 

Ensures daily operational activities comply to local laws and regulations, eg: AEO, ICP, IMPORT/Export Control regulations, international transportation requirement, SST exemption, the company established policies, procedures, and etc. Perform clearance and/or export permit application as and when being appointed.

Responsible to liaise or communicate with 3PL bonded warehouse or inhouse warehouse personnel through email, logistic portal on daily operational activities and order arrangement. Require performing inbound goods receipt, outbound delivery arrangement and making sure logistics portal is well maintained with all the custom forms for custom audit and traceability. 

Responsible for resource allocation within the team, guides team member and provides expertise and support for 3PL warehouse / inhouse warehouse, logistics, and regulatory compliance matters.

Responsible for developing and/or implementing standard operating practices and procedures. Plans and implements process as per SOP/WI. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise during inbound and outbound arrangement. 
  • Ensures compliance to logistics and warehouse operating procedures and processes, performs clearance in AEO and/or export permit application as and when being appointed.
  • Liaise with 3PL, forwarders and transport companies, plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt and dispatch of the goods/cargo and ensuring logistics portal is well maintained with all the custom forms for custom audit and traceability.
  • Maintain and update Customs Clearance records for Expeditor performance evaluation and to produce report and statistics for management review.
  • Ensure that stock control systems are kept to date and make sure that inventories are accurate and correctly foretasted. 
  • Produce regular report and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Qualification 

  • Bachelor Degree of Science or Business, in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or equivalent, with at least 1 year working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and diligent
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Assistant Logistics & Warehouse Manager - Puchong

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Governs warehouse regulatory compliance in daily operations of inbound & outbound transactions.
  2. Ensures and/or performs clearance in AEO and/or export permit application as and when being appointed.
  3. Assists the Logistics & Warehouse Operations Manager to manage 3PL and in-house team, including processes and system.
  4. Plans and implements an effective forward and reverse inventory flow and storage of goods and related information between the point of origin and at the point of consumption to meet productivity targets and customer requirements.
  5. Responsible for developing and implementing standard operating practices and procedures, and ensure daily operational activities follow the local laws and regulations, international transportation requirement, the company's established policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure export permit compliance for all products (strategic or non-strategic) with reports and records well kept. 
  7. Monitors the import and export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. Handle technical details relating to possibly international and domestic transportation (e.g. Customs, MITI & SIRIM regulations) and any necessary documentation. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • To have good data analysis skill for daily planning and decision making to ensure all jobs for delivery, touch up and installation are well executed. 
  • Good command of SAP / MS office / Business intelligence tools.
  • Possess a strong analytical & problem-solving skill.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organized, good time management & negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Proposal Engineer - Puchong

Position Summary

Drive and achieve sales target, department’s goal and other KPIs. Creating winning proposals that meets customer’s requirements, are competitive, and compliant to company’s policies. To understand customer’s requirement, creates proposal, and collaborate with other Sales associates to manage leads, opportunities or tenders and align strategies to secure orders.

Job Responsibilities

1. Able to understand customer requirements: Review and analyze the customer's request for proposal, understand the customer's needs, and ensure that the proposal addresses all the requirements including the alignment of company’s business strategy & direction.

2. Develop proposal strategy and alignment with business sales target: Develop a proposal strategy that differentiates the company's solution from competitors, highlights strengths, and addresses weaknesses. Objective to increase proposal winning ratio aligned with business sales targets.

3. Ensure proposals pricing and estimation is in line with company’s agreed strategies and review with superior to obtain costing approval for proposal submission.

4. Continuous Improvement: Able to continuously evaluate and improve the proposal process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Collaboration with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering to gather information and develop proposal that meets company’s product, services, and capabilities

6. Able to assess/identify the risks associated with the proposal including technical, operational, financial, and legal risks. Identifying potential issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks and review with superior for approval.

7. Creates proposal meetings timelines that outline the company's products or services, pricing, and other relevant details. Able to prepare and generate quality proposal for submission following the established procedures and company policies.

8. Attending meetings and presentations (if required) with internal (sales) and external (customers) to answer questions and provide additional information about the proposal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical or other relevant majors. 
  • Prefer candidates with 2 years of related working experiences.
  • Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power point
  • Experience in sales or technical pre-sales/sales/proposal role with be a plus point.
  • Knowledge/familiarization of SAP B1 or related system tools is an added advantage.
